The Live In Care Company recently invited me onto their podcast ‘The Care Cast.’ We dug deep into the challenges caregivers face. Having cared for loved ones myself, I understand the importance of recognising stress and its stages. From the good kind (eustress) to daily hassles and burnout, chronic stress can wreak havoc on your health.

The most fascinating part?  Exploring the subconscious mind and how it fuels stress!  Negative beliefs and old memories can lurk there, but therapies like EFT tapping can release them.  For caregivers specifically, accepting your situation and seeking support are key.  Don’t forget self-care – it’s not selfish, it’s essential!
